14 oz fresh raspberries
1/4 cup sugar
1 lime juice
Ice cream cream:
9 oz cream cheese, soft
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 oz graham cracker crumbs

- In a saucepan over medium heat, add raspberries, 1/4 cup sugar and lime juice. And keep shaking. Bring to a simmer, then cook until the berries are soft and the sugar has dissolved.

For ice cream cream:
