Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of flour without purpose

  • 1/3 tsp. Sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. Pepper oil
  • Chopped green onions and coriander

Instructions

  1. Add salt to all the flour. Keep a large bowl. Make a small hole in the middle and then add hot water then wait for 10 minutes and then add cold water and then put the vegetables in oil and stir. When it is mixed then dampen and leave for 5 minutes. Then knead for about 3 minutes. The dough should be soft. Then cover for another 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Then the dough should be very easy to roll. Now divide the dough into 4 pieces and gather each piece into a large circle. Apply a little oil on the brush and then sprinkle the spices on it. Leave the edge blank. Then roll the circle. And roll all the circles evenly. Then cover them with a damp cloth and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Then make it into a large circle in the form of a loaf of bread. Use your hand gently again. Now press the dough with your fingers to spread it.
  4. Apply a little oil on a pan with a brush and then place your made roll on it.
  5. To make these rolls, use a medium heat until the sides are browned for 3 to 4 minutes, then turn and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Use the spatula to press the circle time and time again, especially press the central part more and it will be evenly cleansed when removed.
